This is the Wellbeing Menu. It opens in your browser: nothing is installed, nobody signs up, and we never ask for your name or your email address. The Menu itself sets no cookies. No accounts, no advertising, no profiling, and no personal information is sold.

Controller under the GDPR is Rebelinvest GmbH, Waldeckstraße 12, 85405 Nandlstadt, Germany, Managing Director Johannes Thanner.
The Menu is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Opening it processes technically necessary access data: your IP address, the time, the file requested and your browser type. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the Menu securely and reliably, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Netlify's service terms incorporate a data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses for transfers to the USA.
The videos are hosted by Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA). The player loads when you open a session, and Vimeo receives your IP address at that moment. If you only look through the Menu without opening a session, nothing is sent to Vimeo. The player runs in Vimeo's privacy mode with tracking disabled. Vimeo may set security cookies necessary to operate the player; cookies already stored from earlier visits to Vimeo may also be sent. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the videos reliably, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Usage measurement is currently paused. We do not currently count Menu openings or track session use.
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection — write to the address above. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority; the one responsible is the authority at our seat.
The sessions are guided movement and rest, not medical advice. If you have complaints or are unsure whether something is right for you, speak to a doctor first, and stop any session that does not feel good.
